Jayanta has more than 33 years of rich experience of which he has spent 28 years with ICRA. He has strong experience in Business Development in Financial Services, having worked across various regions in India. His previous role was Executive Vice President & Head - Strategic & Emerging Corporates Group at ICRA Ltd where he helped grow ICRA's business in the emerging corporate segment.

Prior to ICRA, he worked for five years in Tata Steel in the marketing division and was a core member of their Special Steels marketing group.

Jayanta holds a B. Tech (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Ashwini comes with 20 years of experience in the field of Fixed Income. A specialist in the field of fixed income investment, portfolio management, risk, and product development, he leads the ICRA Analytics Fixed Income and Mutual Fund team since 2015.

Ashwini has held key positions in the Indian Mutual Fund industry in the past.

He holds a MBA degree in Finance.

Durgesh has 16 years of extensive expertise in Finance Operation, Strategic Planning, Risk Management & Compliance post-merger integration & automation initiatives.

He currently leads the Banking and Risk Management vertical as Vice President He joined the Company in 2008.

Durgesh is a Chartered Accountant from the ICAI and holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Vinoba Bhave University.

Madhubani joined ICRA Analytics in 2004. Through her journey, she has worked across multiple service lines in areas of data management, financial analysis, equity research and quality assurance in the BFSI sector.

She currently leads strategic planning and risk, business process management, improvement through automation embracing emerging technologies, change management and the overall control and governance framework for the vertical. She is also the Management Representative for Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) at ICRA Analytics.

Madhubani is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a degree in B.Sc. (Hons.) Economics from Presidency College, Kolkata.

Vinay joined the Group ICRA in 2003. Since then, he has worked across multiple control functions including finance, compliance, legal, secretarial, and accounting.

He has been instrumental in growing the programme management vertical of the Company. Currently, he holds Directorship in an ICRA Analytics subsidiary unit. He is responsible for strategic planning, business process management, improvement through automation embracing emerging technologies, legal, secretarial and compliance functions of the Company. Vinay has also served as the Chief Financial Officer in an erstwhile subsidiary of ICRA Limited.

Vinay is a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce. A continual learning enthusiast, he has recently completed programmes on Financial Accounting from the University of Illinois and Fintech Law and Policy from Duke University.

Vipin comes with a rich sales and client relationship experience of 16 years of which he has spent 10 years with ICRA group. He has strong experience in Business Development in Financial Services, having worked across various regions in India. His previous role was Director and Business Head-Corporates (West and East) for ICRA Ltd where he helped grow ICRA's business in the corporate segment.

Apart from ICRA group, he has worked with CRISIL, Motilal Oswal Investment Banking, Yes bank and TU CIBIL.

Vipin holds a PGDM degree from the Sydenham Institute of Research (SIMSREE), Mumbai.
